Benefits of Drinking Water

Hey Guys,

Today I decided to make a blog post about the benefits of drinking water. There are so many good reasons why you should be using water as your replacement for a soft drink of hot beverage (First of all soft drink cost money,  water is FREE). All these reasons and more are going to be in short, easy to read list, as many sites put the information in long paragraphs, which can be hard to find what you need. Water can...
- Keep your skin clear,
- Help dissolve fats and soluble fibre,
- Prevent headaches,
- Flush, out toxins
- Put you in a good mood,
And also by drinking a glass of water at night, it helps you go to sleep, and on when you wake up helps you wake up

And in case you are wondering how much water you should be drinking, I have that information too:
- Men: 13 cups
- Women: 9 cups
